In a way, yes our body runs on electricity. For this to happen, our neuron cells have to communicate with one another quickly. These neurons shoot impulses or zaps which resemble electricity. Scientists call this as living electricity and it’s proven that our neurons generate this electricity on their own by actively moving charged ions in and out of the cell.
